To Whom It May Concern:

I recently purchased a home and I am 100% satisfied with the services of Mr. Craig Tuttle from Turn Key reality. It is truly refreshing these days to work with someone who is generally concerned about customer service/customer satisfaction.

Previously to working with Craig Tuttle, I viewed real estate agents as stereotypical car salesmen. That are  sales driven with there pushy untrusting demeanor. Mr. Tuttle, does not display any of these characteristics he is a very trustworthy non-pressure agent who truly works for his customers. For example, we all know that agents are typically paid upon a percentage of the final sale price. For this reason I have always been leery of following an agent’s advice when it comes to determining an amount to offer. Mr. Tuttle brought a significant listing error to my attention that determined my offer price. To explain further, he rechecked the listed square footage and discovered that it was actually less then listed. If this mistake was overlooked I would have paid 10,000 too much. He saved me a lot of money without considering the fact that it was less commission for him. He would rather do an ethical job in representing his customers instead of being the typical self-serving agent.

In addition, I was treated with a high level of respect despite that my price range would have been considered mid to low range. This did not matter to Craig; a customer is a customer regardless of social status. He treats everyone with a high level of respect regardless if you buying a house for 50,000 or 500,000, I witnessed this first hand. For example, I met a customer in Craig’s office that had been looking for an 80,000-dollar house for the past year and Craig never gave up on him.

I don’t want to leave the impression that Mr. Tuttle only deals in low income homes this is not the case, he deals In any value of home that meets his customer’s criteria. He has sold homes worth up to a million dollars and still treats everyone equal.

If you like being treated with respect and receiving the highest possible level of customer service then your only logical choice is Craig Tuttle at Turnkey reality. Craig Tuttle is more than an agent he is a true friend.
