Do you have, or are you expecting a vacancy? The Property Group provides the resources and experience to lease your commercial or residential property to qualified tenants.

Marketing Survey:

Rent surveys are done to ascertain competitive market rents in your particular location. Setting the right rent will attract the best, most qualified number of prospective tenants so you can enjoy a stable income with low turn-over.

Screening Process:

The Property Group views tenant screening as one of our most important functions. Our lease applications, specifically designed, are provided at the time of showing to all interested prospects. Prospective tenants may also obtain an application at our office or at this website thereby increasing the number of applications we receive and decreasing the turn-around time.

Once a completed application is in our office, all applicants are screened for credit, rental and/or ownership references, and income before final lease approval is given.

Lease Signing:

Once approved the tenant signs a lease which has extensive safeguards for the property owner and complies with all state and local laws. The tenant must further provide a security deposit and first month's rent in certified funds before the keys turn-over.

Accounting:

When the new tenant has signed the lease and funds are collected, a full accounting is given to you of money distribution per your prior directions.
