For many years, Pat Biesheuvel managed commercial and industrial properties in the San Francisco, Berkeley and Oakland areas. Because she has worked in many different industries— electrical contracting, wind-farm developments, tax and investments, healthcare and higher education—she has accumulated a broad range of skills helpful to her in working with a wide variety of people and useful in managing property and projects.  All of her employment background has involved providing direct service to others and she considers herself fortunate in having the opportunity of offering this experience to The Property Group's clients.  She holds a BA in English and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a Paralegal Certificate from Sonoma State University.

Upon joining The Property Group, Laura was eager to utilize her experience in residential, commercial, and association property management to enhance the level of service that The Property Group could provide to Home Owners Associations. Before joining The Property Group, Laura worked with Patterson Management Group on Bainbridge Island performing many functions of management for properties including high-end apartment complexes in Bellevue, WA, and Boise, ID, commercial properties throughout Washington, and residential communities in Southern California. Prior to working with Patterson Management Group, Laura worked with private investors in residential management in the Bay Area of California. Laura is currently the Property Manager for Home Owners Associations.

Scott Farwell

Scott joined The Property Group in 2007. He arrived on Bainbridge Island in 1998 after spending years in residential construction and project management in Maryland. Scott helped manage his father’s horse business before entering the construction field and was also a licensed real estate agent. After arriving in Washington, Scott was a stay-at-home Dad and spent years helping to organize school events and community fundraisers as well as building playgrounds and outdoor recreation areas as a volunteer. Scott has been a part of various organizations such as the Bainbridge Island Lacrosse Club, the Public Schools Trust and the Vote “Yes for Schools” campaign.

Scott looks forward to forging working relationships between The Property Group, clients and contractors.

Mary Kay Magraw

Mary Kay Magraw joined The Property Group in November 2005 as the Home Owners Associations bookkeeper.  She began her work in the accounting field in 1984 as bookkeeper and office manager for her husband’s cabinet shop.  She moved to Bainbridge Island in 1994 from Palm Desert, California.  She continues to work part time at Magraw Zecha Custom Cabinetry.  Prior to joining the The Property Group team she worked as the bookkeeper for W-H Autopilots and The Bead Garden.
